Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction and civil works at project sites.
Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor quality, materials, measurements and workmanship.
Prepare site reports, progress reports and necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction requirements.
Assist in estimating, quantity surveying and project planning when required.
Requirements:
B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Relevant experience in real estate/construction projects will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.
Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also apply.
