Experience:
• Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API design (REST / GraphQL / gRPC).
•Strong hands-on command of at least one major stack (Java/Spring, .NET, Node.js, or Python) plus modern frontend frameworks.
•Solid experience with AWS cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
•Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and data modeling.
•Working knowledge of security architecture and authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, RBAC).

US-Bangla Airlines is seeking a Senior Software Architect to design the technical foundation of our enterprise aviation platforms. The role owns system architecture, technology standards, and design decisions across HRMS, Flight Operations, Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance (MRO), Catering, Supply Chain & Inventory, and Vehicle/Fleet Management systems—ensuring they are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-grade.
• Design end-to-end system architecture for large-scale enterprise applications using microservices and API-driven, cloud-native patterns.
• Define architectural standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and technical documentation for the engineering organization.
• Lead technical design reviews; evaluate trade-offs across performance, scalability, security, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Own integration architecture across internal modules and third-party/legacy systems (GDS, airline supplier APIs, ERP, payment gateways, and regulatory systems).
•Define data architecture and domain models spanning multiple business domains.
• Drive build-vs-buy and technology selection decisions; produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers; conduct code and design reviews.
• Ensure non-functional requirements — availability, scalability, observability, disaster recovery, and security — are designed in, not bolted on.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and Database teams to align architecture with infrastructure and compliance realities.
