Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain company software.
Record and follow up on support tickets.
Assist senior engineers in resolving technical problems.
Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of networking, and computer operation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with remote support tools is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
