Responsibilities & Context:
ReplyBD is a Sales & Lead Automation platform that helps businesses automate customer communication through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
We are looking for a Junior Integration & Data Engineer to help onboard new clients by integrating Meta communication channels and preparing accurate business data for our AI knowledge base.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in Python, APIs, Web Scraping, Automation and AI technologies.
• Configure WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Facebook Messenger.
• Setup Meta App, Access Tokens and Webhooks.
• Collect products, prices, stock and FAQ from client businesses.
• Write Python scripts using Requests, BeautifulSoup and Pandas.
• Clean data and prepare CSV/JSON.
• Upload business data into AI Knowledge Base.
• Test AI responses before client goes live.
• Troubleshoot API and Webhook issues.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect missing information.
