Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, and VPN environments.
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco (Catalyst switches, routers, firewalls) and MikroTik network devices to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware, perform component upgrades, and minimize system downtime through proactive maintenance.
Provide timely technical support for end-user hardware, software, network, and IT service-related issues while ensuring high user satisfaction.
Monitor network performance, implement security best practices, and ensure maximum availability of IT infrastructure.
Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical reports, and support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver efficient IT solutions.
Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills while maintaining a professional, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.
