Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth operation of utility systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and ETP.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Monitor utility performance and energy usage, and implement improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.
Supervise utility staff and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Prepare maintenance plans, SOPs, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and other regulatory standards.
