• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Age At most 35 years

• Lead and manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across the manufacturing facility.

• Serve as the EMS Lead and ensure effective implementation of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

• Conduct HIRA, JSA, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, GMP, Bangladesh Labour Law, DoE, FSCD, and company policies.

• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, emergency drills, toolbox talks, and employee training.

• Develop and maintain HSE policies, SOPs, KPIs, emergency plans, and related documentation.

• Monitor fire safety, ETP operations, environmental compliance, hazardous waste, pest control, and contractor HSE performance.

• Promote a strong safety culture and perform other HSE and EMS responsibilities assigned by management.
