Experience with CapCut, Filmora, or similar video editing software.Good understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics

The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design, social media marketing, video editing, SEO, and content creation, with a basic understanding of website management.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
Manage Facebook Boost and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
Graphic Design & Creative Content
Design high-quality promotional materials, including posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, infographics, and event branding.
Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
Develop marketing materials for training programs, conferences, publications, and memberships.
Video Production & Editing
Edit promotional videos, training highlights, interviews, webinars, and short-form social media content.
Add captions, transitions, branding, and motion graphics where appropriate.
Optimize videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform on-page SEO optimization for websites and blogs.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Recommend strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Website Support
Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Upload blogs, news, events, training information, and multimedia content.
Coordinate with developers for technical updates when required.
Possess a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and user experience.
Digital Marketing
Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
