Minimum 1–2 years of experience in networking and IT support (hotel experience will be an added advantage).
Good knowledge of routers, Wi-Fi systems, LAN/WAN, network troubleshooting, and basic hardware maintenance.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity and smooth operation of all IT-related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure stable and uninterrupted Wi-Fi and internet connectivity in all guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, conference rooms, and other hotel areas.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain the hotel’s network, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to hotel staff for day-to-day IT issues.
Coordinate with internet service providers (ISP) whenever necessary.
Maintain backups, antivirus protection, and basic cybersecurity measures.
Ensure smooth operation of hotel software, POS systems, CCTV, and other IT-related equipment.
