Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) in Chattogram office for specific locations like Mirsharai Area, Bayzid-Oxygen Area etc., on yearly contract.
Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers (corporate and residential) regarding Operating System Settings (e.g. Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
Interact with IP/VIP/VVIP concerned persons for Service related issues and overall Business Continuity.
Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
