Responsibilities & Context:
Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and maintain regular communication.
Convert potential leads into clients by explaining service benefits, packages, and pricing.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our services.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the company database.
Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports for management.
Stay updated on the company’s services, offers, and digital marketing solutions.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
