Chittagong Online Limited (COL), a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Bangladesh, is seeking energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented professionals to join our Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative internet and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term enterprise clients.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing corporate customers.

  • Promote enterprise internet solutions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (Key Account Manager) for assigned clients.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
