Promote enterprise internet solutions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Serve as the primary point of contact (Key Account Manager) for assigned clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses.
