Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Showroom Manager who will be responsible for managing and supervising the overall operations of multiple showrooms.

  • Supervise and manage the overall operations of multiple showrooms.

  • Ensure all showrooms are operating smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards.

  • Conduct regular visits and inspections of assigned showrooms.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

  • Identify operational problems and take immediate corrective actions.

  • Take full responsibility for achieving showroom sales targets.

  • Set, monitor, and execute monthly, half-monthly, and yearly sales targets.

  • Break down yearly and monthly targets into practical showroom-wise and employee-wise targets.

  • Regularly monitor sales performance and take necessary action to improve results.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales, customer conversion, repeat customers, and overall showroom performance.

  • Motivate showroom employees to achieve and exceed their assigned targets.

  • Supervise all showroom employees and monitor their daily activities.

  • Allocate duties and responsibilities among showroom staff.

  • Monitoring employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and workplace behavior.

  • Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary guidance and feedback.

  • Identify high-performing employees and employees requiring improvement.

  • Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, training, disciplinary matters, transfers, and other employee-related issues.

  • Take overall responsibility for day-to-day showroom operations.

  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

  • Monitor showroom cleanliness, display, product arrangement, lighting, environment, and overall presentation.

  • Ensure products are properly displayed according to company guidelines.

  • Monitor cash, billing, sales transactions, and other operational activities.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting from all showrooms.

  • Monitor stock availability across all assigned showrooms.

  • Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment.

  • Monitor stock movement, shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper stock handling and storage procedures.

  • To take necessary action to minimize stock loss, damage, and westage.

  • Ensure excellent customer service across all showrooms.

  • Monitor customer complaints, feedback, and service quality.

  • Resolve major customer issues professionally and promptly.

  • Develop a customer-focused culture among showroom employees.

  • Ensure employees maintain professional communication and behavior with customers.

  • Monitor showroom-wise and employee-wise sales performance.

  • Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.

  • Submit daily, weekly, half-monthly, monthly, and yearly performance reports as required.

  • Report operational issues, employee issues, sales gaps, and other significant matters to management.

  • Train and guide showroom employees on sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, and company procedures.

  • Conduct regular performance discussions with employees.

  • Develop employees to improve productivity and sales performance.

  • Ensure new employees receive proper operational guidance.
