Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 32 to 40 years

• Develop and execute annual and long-term business development strategies

• Identify and develop new opportunities for BESS, Solar + Storage and Hybrid Energy Systems.

• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, load analysis and energy-storage requirement assessments.

• Develop techno-commercial solutions including battery sizing, PCS/Hybrid Inverter, BMS and EMS configuration.

• Prepare BOQ/BOM, technical proposals, commercial offers, ROI, payback and energy-saving calculations.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement and proposal preparation to negotiation and order closing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, consultants, EPC companies, developers and strategic partners.

• Lead commercial negotiations and achieve sales, gross-margin and collection targets.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Procurement, Finance and Service teams for successful project execution.

• Monitor BESS market trends, competitor products, pricing and emerging technologies.

• Develop strategic partnerships with BESS manufacturers, PCS/inverter suppliers and technology partners.

• Maintain sales pipeline, sales forecast and regular management reports.

• Lead, coach and develop the BESS sales/business development team.
