Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Practical experience in Bangladesh government e-GP portal operations is mandatory.

  • Experience in the electrical products, engineering, construction materials, or industrial products sector will be preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh public procurement act (PPA), public procurement rules (PPR), and e-GP procedures.

  • Excellent documentation, record management, and compliance skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and monitor government and corporate tender opportunities through the e-GP portal and other procurement sources.

  • Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents accurately within stipulated deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with PPA, PPR, e-GP guidelines, and company policies.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, SCM, and other departments to collect required documents and approvals.

  • Prepare quotations, bid securities, performance guarantees, and contract-related documents.

  • Build and maintain relationships with government organizations, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.

  • Monitor tender status, maintain documentation, and prepare periodic reports.

  • Support business development initiatives and achieve departmental sales objectives.
