Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and technology-driven Graphics Designer & IT Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand identity through impactful visual content while ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. This position requires a proactive professional with strong design expertise, technical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Graphic Design & Branding

• Develop high-quality creative designs for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, brochures, flyers, banners, standees, billboards, advertisements, presentations, and corporate branding materials.

• Create engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Design promotional materials for university campaigns, student recruitment events, seminars, exhibitions, and corporate events.

• Ensure consistency of the company's visual identity across all communication channels.

• Produce motion graphics and edit promotional videos for marketing and branding initiatives.

• Prepare print-ready artwork while maintaining industry-standard design specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions teams to deliver high-quality campaign materials within deadlines.

IT & Technical Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, and related IT equipment.

• Monitor and maintain the organization's LAN, Wi-Fi network, internet connectivity, and data security.

• Manage company email systems, cloud storage, website content updates, and domain-related services.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.

• Maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, IP phones, and other office automation systems.

• Perform regular system backups and implement preventive maintenance procedures.

• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and technical support when required.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, software, and system configurations.
