• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, English

• Age 22 to 26 years

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Strong counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused, and career-driven education consultants to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding students throughout their international education journey, from career counselling and university selection to admission processing and student visa application support.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations abroad.

• Provide professional counseling to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and Europe.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and English language proficiency to recommend suitable universities and programmes.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, application deadlines, and student visa procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end student application process, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with university requirements, and timely submission.
• Maintain regular communication with partner universities, admissions teams, and students to monitor application progress.
• Guide students through the student visa application process, including document preparation and interview preparation where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Conduct follow-up activities via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems to improve student engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Work towards monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Stay up to date with international education trends, university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and relevant immigration policy changes.
