Job Context:

Provide 24x7 monitoring and operational support for IT systems, networks, applications, and services to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. Proactively identify and respond to alerts, escalate incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and minimize service disruptions while supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems, applications, servers, databases, and network infrastructure on a 24x7 roster basis.

• Identify, investigate, and respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions in a timely manner.

• Escalate incidents to appropriate support teams and track resolution until closure.

• Perform routine health checks to ensure availability and performance of critical systems.

• Maintain incident logs, monitoring records, shift handover reports, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders during incidents and maintenance.

• Support major incident management and business continuity activities.

• Generate and analyze monitoring reports, incident trends, and service performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, and security requirements.

• Recommend and implement improvements to monitoring processes and operational efficiency.
