Age: 25–38 years.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases to ensure performance, security, and data integrity.

• Support and troubleshoot ERP, POS (Point of Sale), Inventory Management, Barcode, Sales, and Reporting Systems.

• Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.

• Design and generate customized MIS reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• Provide application support and resolve user issues related to ERP, POS, inventory, and reporting systems.

• Ensure proper database backup, recovery, and maintenance procedures.

• Monitor database performance and optimize queries for faster reporting.

• Coordinate with software vendors and internal departments for system enhancements and issue resolution.

• Assist in application development, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Maintain proper documentation of databases, applications, reports, and system configurations.

• Train end users on system functionalities and prepare user manuals when required.

• Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
