Required Qualifications
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or Alma Linux).
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, including routing, firewall, NAT, VPN, QoS, and bandwidth management.
- Configure and maintain Cisco switches and routers (Layer 2/Layer 3).
- Monitor network performance and respond to outages or service disruptions.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patch management.
- Assist in maintaining DNS, DHCP, NTP, and other network services.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, STP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall.
- Maintain documentation for network topology, server configurations, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the NOC and technical support teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Ensure system security by implementing firewall rules, access controls, and best security practices.
- Provide on-call support during emergencies and scheduled maintenance activities.
