Requirements

We are looking for professionals with:

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Product Support, Pre-Sales, or a related software industry role.

• Strong understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Ability to confidently discuss technical solutions with both clients and software engineers.

• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.

• Outstanding communication skills in Bangla. Good English communication skills (spoken and written) will be considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations, proposals, and business documents.

• Excellent documentation skills, including SRS, BRD, and business process documentation.

• An outstanding professional presence with the confidence, communication skills, and executive maturity to engage business owners, directors, and senior leadership teams.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and software demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following will receive additional preference:

• Enterprise Software, ERP, CRM, HRM, or SaaS products

• Software demonstrations, solution consulting, or pre-sales

• UML, workflow analysis, business process modeling, or requirement engineering

• Proposal writing and executive presentations

• Public speaking, debating, anchoring, or leadership activities

• AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve research, documentation, presentations, and productivity

About the Role

This is not a traditional Business Analyst position.

As a Business Analyst – Technology Consulting & Software Solutions, you will work directly with business owners, CEOs, directors, and senior management to understand their business challenges, recommend suitable software solutions, and help organizations adopt modern technology.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding with exceptional communication, presentation, and consulting skills—someone who can confidently represent Technovicinity in front of business leaders and help organizations make informed technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand business processes, operational challenges, and software requirements.

• Analyze business needs and recommend practical technology solutions.

• Conduct professional software demonstrations and client presentations.

• Prepare SRS, BRD, user stories, business process flows, and functional documentation.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for the engineering team.

• Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

• Build long-term professional relationships with clients.

• Travel within Dhaka for client meetings and occasionally outside Dhaka when required.
