To accelerate this mission, we are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development / Senior Business Development Manager who will lead our overall business development function, drive incoming project flow, and play a critical role in shaping our international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire business development department, including strategy, execution, and team performance.
Drive consistent inbound project flow from global marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn), partnerships, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct professional meetings with international clients, understand requirements, and maintain high-level communication aligned with global standards.
Oversee requirement gathering, documentation, proposal preparation, cost estimation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop a strong sales pipeline and improve conversion rates using structured follow-up processes (Trello/CRM).
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities, niches, and service offerings to increase revenue.
Collaborate closely with management to refine pricing strategy, proposal templates, and communication frameworks.
Build, mentor, and expand the Business Development team as the company grows.
Protect and strengthen Technovicinity’s brand reputation as a reliable, quality-driven international software development partner.
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and lead conversion targets.
