• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• Preference will be given to the candidate who has a bachelor’s degree in CSE or any other business-related area.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed University or National Colleges.

• Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills (Verbal and Written) in both English & Bangla

• Energetic, analytical and problem-solving attitude

• Initiate new ideas and keep updated with latest technology

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining all IT related responsibilities of the Stockbroker.

• Provide support to all users for networking, internet facility and smooth working of desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, IP camera setup and NVR/DVR support.

• Manage BTCL Telephone line-PABX System/ FAX / Access Control and CCTV Systems and assembling any new systems and IT equipment and laptop

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements such as internet bandwidth and Cisco Security System.

• Control all Networking responsibilities of the Broker House.

• Installing Anti-virus software and monitoring the license renewal deadline

• Identifying and solving any problems arise from user end in computer networks and systems

• Ensure smooth support and security from user end as email/software/internet bandwidth

• Manage Settlement works and CDBL software

• Ensure security through database backup
