Job Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain network cables, LAN points, patch panels, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.

• Lay network cables inside office areas, production floors, warehouses, and factory buildings as per requirement.

• Troubleshoot LAN, internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related storage devices.

• Install CCTV cameras on building rooftops, outside walls, production areas, gates, warehouses, and sensitive locations.

• Check CCTV camera angles, video quality, power supply, network connection, and recording status regularly.

• Maintain and repair desktop computers, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mouse, UPS, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

• Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, drivers, antivirus, office software, and basic factory applications.

• Perform basic electrical work related to IT equipment, such as power socket checking, adapter replacement, cable routing, and UPS connection.

• Coordinate with electricians for major electrical work when required.
