Responsibilities & Context:
User Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to IT Manager instructions and provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices such as printers and routers.
System Maintenance: Perform routine tasks including system backups, antivirus updates, and password resets to maintain data security and integrity.
Network & Infrastructure: Assist with setting up local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi configurations, and managing structured cabling where necessary.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up workstations for new hires and safely recover and wipe data from devices when staff leave.
