About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptionally driven Business Development Intern who doesn’t just “generate leads,” but actively builds growth pipelines, creates opportunities, and influences how a tech company expands globally.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, market intelligence, and relationship building - working on everything from identifying high-value markets and analyzing buyer behavior to crafting outreach narratives and closing early-stage conversations. You’ll leverage digital platforms, social media, and data-driven insights to discover opportunities and turn them into meaningful business conversations.
We’re looking for someone who is curious about how businesses grow, confident in communication, sharp in thinking, and relentless in execution - someone who wants to move beyond theory and actually drive real business impact from day one.

Responsibilities
Identify and unlock new business opportunities across global, local markets through research, trend analysis, and digital intelligence;
Build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline using LinkedIn, social platforms, databases, and online communities;
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, social engagement) with a strong focus on personalization and conversion;
Apply social selling techniques to engage prospects through content, conversations, and relationship-building;
Understand client needs and position Byte Innovations’ staff augmentation and tech solutions effectively;
Support in crafting proposals, pitch decks, and outreach narratives that resonate with international clients;
Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance using CRM tools and data insights;
Collaborate closely with leadership to contribute to go-to-market strategies and growth experiments;
Stay ahead of global hiring trends, outsourcing demands, and competitive landscape;
Requirements
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline from a reputed university;
Strong command of English (written & verbal) with the ability to communicate confidently in a global context;
Deep familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) as a tool for research, networking, and business outreach;
Excellent research and analytical thinking skills;
Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;
Basic understanding of tech industry / software services / outsourcing models;
Good to have:
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, freelancing platforms, or business development;
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, etc.;
Understanding of staff augmentation / remote hiring / outsourcing business models;
Experience with content engagement or personal branding on LinkedIn/social media;
Exposure to international markets (US, UK, EU) or working with global clients;
