Responsibilities

• Clean, standardize and prepare large product datasets for catalog import.

• Remove duplicates, extra spaces, broken characters and inconsistent values.

• Standardize product names, brands, categories, dimensions, materials, finishes and other attributes.

• Map vendor categories to InfoLoom’s standard furniture category structure.

• Map product attributes using the approved attribute dictionary.

• Review SKUs, product descriptions, image links, prices and specification fields.

• Use Excel formulas and data tools to process large spreadsheets efficiently.

• Compare vendor data against existing catalog records.

• Identify missing, invalid or inconsistent information.

• Prepare import-ready Excel or CSV files.

• Perform manual product entry and quality checks when required.

• Produce daily progress and data-quality reports.

• Coordinate with developers when import or data-format issues are identified.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, TEXT, COUNTIF, conditional formatting, filters, sorting and data validation

• Ability to work with PivotTables and Power Query is preferred.

• Understanding of CSV files, data types and structured datasets.

• Basic SQL or database knowledge is preferred.

• Ability to work accurately with large datasets.

• Good written English and attention to detail.
