Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN and internet connectivity.
Manage and monitor CCTV camera systems, including installation and basic troubleshooting.
Perform network cable installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
Configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices.
Install and maintain biometric attendance devices and related systems.
Provide technical support to office users and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
Ensure data backup and maintain IT inventory.
Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
