Responsibilities & Context:

• Monitor ISP network infrastructure including Cisco, BDCOM, MikroTik, Juniper and GPON/EPON OLTs using NMS tools (Zabbix, Libre NMS, Cacti).

• Perform configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting via CLI and Web interface for all devices – Cisco, BDCOM, MikroTik, Juniper, and OLTs from all brands.

• Configure and manage Layer-2 (VLAN, STP (MSTP, PVST), RSTP, MSTP, LACP) and Layer-3 (BGP, static routing).

• Identify, isolate, and resolve network faults (link flapping, high latency, packet loss, loop, broadcast storm). Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for major incidents.

• Maintain detailed documentation of network topology, IP addressing, device inventory, configuration versions, and OLT records.

• Work closely with field technicians, customer support, and upstream/IIG bandwidth providers.

• Generate daily/weekly network performance reports (uptime, latency, packet loss, interface errors, bandwidth utilization).

• Must have strong knowledge in MikroTik including advanced firewall, queues, PPPoE, BGP, VLAN, bonding, and scripting.

• Must have strong knowledge in OLT configuration (GPON/EPON) from all brands including ONU provisioning, VLAN mapping, and troubleshooting via both CLI & Web.

• Must have strong knowledge in Switching (Layer-2 & Layer-3) including VLAN, STP variants, LACP, port securityr.

• Must have basic knowledge of Juniper.
