Experience:

• Graduate in Computer Science & IT / MCA in Computer Science & IT / Data Science from a reputable institute.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, monitoring and reporting of infrastructure / building projects.

• Experience of at least 1 project related to Vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics (VTD) / industrial / chemical / pharmaceutical projects or a lab-testing & training centre will be preferred.

• Experience on a foreign-aided / externally-financed development project will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PPMS / M&E, project management software, MIS, e-Governance & e-Procurement, risk monitoring, LIMS.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and computer literacy are required.

• The position is offered on a contractual basis with intermittent inputs (measured in person-months) over the project period.

• Design and implement a suitable PPMS and ensure its establishment and proper functioning using the latest software.

• Assist in selecting a set of performance indicators relating to the project.

• Track project and implementation activities, target dates, expected inputs, impacts, outcomes and outputs against each indicator to monitor and evaluate performance.

• Standardize formats and reports for dissemination to project stakeholders.

• Set up an independent monitoring and feedback mechanism, and recommend ways to modify project design and implementation to meet objectives.

• Assist in designing a project website and using it effectively for PPMS and public information.

• Design and implement a suitable system for E-Governance and E-Procurement.

• Design and implement a Management Information System (MIS) for the project.

• Assist in preparing Quarterly Progress Reports, annual reports and other mandatory deliverables.

• Develop a detailed Risk Monitoring and Management Plan (risk mitigation strategy, early-warning mechanisms and corrective actions).

• Establish LIMS and other automation-system management in the laboratory complex.
