Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Management or a related field.

• Short training in monitoring and evaluation or results-based management would be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age At least 29 years

• At least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or quantitative programme management in Bangladesh, preferably in transport, public health, social protection or similar public-sector programmes.

• Hands-on experience with at least one administrative dataset, including data cleaning, validation, reconciliation and basic analysis.

• Prior work with national transport, police, health, highways or urban-transport institutions, or on a major development-partner-funded programme, will be preferred.

• Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in monitoring and evaluation, results-based management, indicator/KPI framework design and administrative crash, health or transport datasets.

• Experience designing or updating an indicator/KPI framework, including baselines and targets, for a government or donor-funded programme is required.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), working proficiency in Bangla and computer literacy are required..

• Design a monitoring and evaluation plan to enable relevant public institutions to monitor road-safety interventions periodically and determine their effectiveness.

• Support design of indicator and KPI frameworks, baselines and performance targets for a national road-safety strategy and action plan, aligned with recognized road-safety principles and indicators.

• Work with police, health, transport or other administrative datasets to support data cleaning, validation, reconciliation and basic analysis for institutional review and strategy development.

• Support monitoring of implementation progress against multi-year work programmes, institutional accountabilities and performance targets.

• Contribute concise monitoring inputs to diagnostic, strategy, action-plan, progress and final reporting.

• Review road-safety research and evidence needs and recommend practical improvements to monitoring, evaluation and data governance.

• Support stakeholder workshops and technical consultations relating to results monitoring and performance management.

• Any other monitoring- and evaluation-related activity required for the assignment.
