Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Geography/GIS, Development Studies with strong quantitative/data-management training, or another closely related field.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At least 25 years

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in information management, database management, MEAL data systems, humanitarian data management or a closely related role.

1. PROJECT INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE AND MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT

• Design and maintain the project information architecture covering beneficiary records, activity/site records, CfW/volunteer records, attendance, work verification, payment status, monitoring evidence, indicator results and reporting outputs.

• Establish and maintain master lists, controlled vocabularies and unique identifiers for beneficiaries, activities, camps, sites/schemes, work units, payment cycles and other key entities required by the project.

• Maintain data dictionaries/codebooks, data-flow documentation, dataset registers, ownership, update frequency, sensitivity classification and sharing rules.

• Maintain one controlled source of truth for project beneficiary and direct-reach data and prevent parallel uncontrolled beneficiary databases.

• Apply version control, release notes, secure archiving and documented backup/recovery procedures for critical databases, forms, trackers and dashboards; periodically test recoverability.
