Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance and Regular Cleanliness of own service area.
To distribute medicine following doctor prescription.
To Keep patient’s treatment record by scanning and to take picture of patient’s card.
To give Counseling and basic information about the medicines to the outdoor patients.
To distribute patient token on waiting space.
To make daily quality checklist with ensuring assets status (functional or not) – Daily.
To make expiry date of medicine list and submit to medical storekeeper in coordination with Program Manager.
To maintain pharmacy stock register.
To give Requisition of medicine and collecting those from store.
To check daily balance and report to Program Manager
To attend Training on Capacity build up sessions/Training on Clinical aspects, Monthly Coordination meeting, meeting with regarding Clinical Issues, monthly performance and visits etc. arranged by Program Manager.
Any work assigned as per advice of higher authority.
Educational/Competencies (Specifications):
Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. approved Institution.
Should have license from Bangladesh pharmacy council.
