Graduate in Computer Science & IT / MCA in Computer Science & IT / Data Science from a reputable institute.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in designing IT equipment for infrastructure / building projects / testing lab / training centre.
Experience of at least 1 project related to VTD / industrial / chemical / pharmaceutical projects or a lab-testing & training centre will be preferred.
Experience on a foreign-aided / externally-financed development project will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT equipment specification, laboratory IT systems, LIMS, automation systems, SOP preparation.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and computer literacy are required.
The position is offered on a contractual basis with intermittent inputs (measured in person-months) over the project period.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in designing and finalizing the technical specifications of IT equipment for the testing lab and training centre and ensure it is established and functions properly, as per the latest version.
Assist in reviewing the IT equipment designs and specifications of the drug lab testing submitted by the EPC contractor during implementation.
Assist in preparing suitable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the smooth functioning of IT equipment.
Assist in all IT-related management and maintenance matters, including LIMS and other automation-system management in the laboratory complex.
