CREATION PLUS is looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Software Sales & Marketing Executive who has the ability to generate leads, build business networks, communicate with potential clients, and bring software/IT projects for the company.
This is a commission-based and target-based position. The selected candidate will have a monthly sales target and will receive commission for every confirmed software/project sale.
This job is not only about online posting or basic marketing. The candidate must have strong networking ability, because software sales mainly depends on communication, relationship building, client trust, business connections, and regular follow-up. The candidate should be able to connect with business owners, companies, shops, educational institutions, hospitals, clinics, entrepreneurs, and other potential clients who may need software or IT solutions.

Website Development
E-commerce Website
Mobile App Development
ERP Software
POS Software
Inventory Management Software
Hospital / Clinic Management Software
School / Coaching Management Software
Custom Business Software

Key Responsibilities
Generate software sales leads from online and offline sources.
Build and maintain a strong business network for software sales.
Communicate with business owners, entrepreneurs, companies, shops, institutions, and organizations.
Find potential clients who may need website, app, ERP, POS, or custom software.
Approach clients through personal network, Facebook, LinkedIn, referrals, local business market, phone calls, and direct meetings.
Explain company services and software solutions clearly to clients.
Understand client problems, business needs, and software requirements.
Arrange online or physical client meetings when required.
Prepare or assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service offers.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads until deal closing.
Convert potential leads into confirmed clients.
Achieve monthly sales/project target.
Maintain a lead list and update management about daily/weekly sales activities.
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Sales Target & Commission System
This position will have a monthly sales target.
The candidate must work to fulfill the target by bringing confirmed software/project sales.
Commission will be provided for every successful software/project sale.
Commission percentage will be negotiable and finalized during the interview.
Higher-value projects will have better earning opportunity.
Extra incentive will be provided for high-value projects or over-target performance.
Commission will be paid after client payment is received as per company policy.
Candidates with strong networking and proven sales ability will get better commission negotiation opportunity.
Preferred Skills
Software / Website / App sales experience.
Facebook and LinkedIn lead generation.
Local business market connection.

Proposal writing and presentation skills.
Digital marketing knowledge.
Freelancing marketplace experience such as Upwork/Fiverr will be a plus.
