We're Hiring: SEO Link Building Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Sector 03, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced SEO Link Building Specialist to join our team in Uttara. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of off-page SEO, outreach campaigns, and ethical link-building strategies. If you enjoy improving search visibility, building high-quality backlinks, and contributing to long-term organic growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship building.

Manage email outreach campaigns for guest posting, partnerships, and other link acquisition activities.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

Support both on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve website performance.

Work closely with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and link-building efforts.

Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO with a strong focus on link building and outreach.

Good understanding of search engine ranking factors and white-hat SEO practices.

Experience with email outreach and relationship management.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
