Responsibilities & Context:

1.      The candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in LAN networking, Cabling, Piping, Drilling, Modular & Connector punching, Modular faceplate setup, Server rack design, IT device setup / installation & configuration, Proper cable dressing and organization etc.

2.      Hands-on experience in IT devices as like IP CCTV Camera, NVR / DVR, Switch, Mikrotik Router, WiFi Router, Access point, Access Control device etc... Setup / Installation, Configuration and Support.

3.      Hardware Servicing or Basic experience in solving Hardware and Software related issues of IT devices as like Desktop Computer, Laptop, Printer, Copier, Scanner, Router, Switch etc...

4.      Work for end user IT support and IT related internal & External (outside factory) works.

5.      Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Setup, Configure & Maintain (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Copiers and others) IT devices & accessories.

6.      Support for IT Asset inventory, IT Budget preparation and others IT related (ERP & MES) work.

7.      Try to perform for IT related and other valid tasks assigned by supervisor or dept. head.
