Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Maintain boiler logs and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, PTW, and PPE requirements.
Coordinate maintenance work to minimize production downtime.
Lead and supervise boiler operators and maintenance technicians.
Report equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
