Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the IT team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Drive ERP implementation and related project execution.
Prepare and manage IT budget and IT policies.
Oversee email services and mail server management.
Manage all IT hardware (laptop, desktop, printer, network devices, CCTV, NVR, MikroTik).
Maintain network infrastructure and ensure uninterrupted IT-enabled services.
Conduct business analysis, process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), and GAP analysis.
Handle server installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows Server).
Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2016 & 2019 (Standard & Enterprise).
Configure IIS and .NET framework for applications.
Ensure Active Directory management and database backup systems.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support across the organization.
Any other task assigned by Management.
