Experience:
Strong expertise in Payroll Management and HRIS Administration.
Sound knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Salary Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
Experience in HR analytics, budgeting, reporting, and workforce cost management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a high level of confidentiality.
Graduate from a recognized university.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
Practical experience in Bangladesh Labour Law Compliance will be an added advantage.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
Design and administer compensation, benefits, incentives, final settlement, overtime, TADA, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, leave, attendance, insurance, and employee documentation.
Maintain HRIS, employee records, dashboards, and HR analytics to support business decisions.
Drive performance management, workforce planning, HR process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
