• Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territory, including outlets, distributors, and customer base

• Ensure effective retail expansion, coverage, productivity, and visibility across key locations

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

• Strengthen distributor operations and improve channel efficiency

• Guide and monitor field forces' performance through regular market visits
