• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communication, or a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience, depending on the position level.

• Experience in content acquisition, broadcasting, channel management, media partnerships, or related industries.

• Good understanding of content licensing, copyright, broadcasting operations, and digital entertainment platforms.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in English.

• Manage relationships with local and international broadcasters, distributors, and content partners; negotiate commercial terms, licensing, and agreements.

• Plan and optimize channel line-ups, manage channel onboarding/deboarding, and ensure content quality across DTH and AKASH GO.

• Analyze viewership trends, audience preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging content opportunities to support business growth.

• Coordinate content budgeting, partner payments, invoicing, reconciliation, and necessary financial approvals.

• Coordinate with Broadcast, Regulatory, and Legal teams on channel approvals, technical requirements, EPG management, and contractual compliance.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on channel promotions, content launches, customer notifications, and partner campaigns.

• Explore new content partnerships, advertising opportunities, and business initiatives across DTH and OTT platforms.
