Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core) application environments and integrations.

• Experience with Cheapstack access for gateway management and integration.

• Experience with VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with industrial automation and SCADA systems. • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and automation tools.

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MTCNA, Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.

About the Role

Padma Smart Technology is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior IoT, Network & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of our intelligent technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating IoT solutions, deploying and maintaining the company's own server infrastructure, and building a secure, scalable, and resilient network environment that supports mission-critical operations and future digital initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in IoT systems, enterprise networking, server infrastructure, and software integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end IoT solutions and connected systems.

• Lead the integration of hardware, sensors, controllers, and cloud-based platforms.

• Design, deploy, and manage the company's server and network infrastructure.

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security systems.

• Build and maintain secure communication architectures between devices, applications, and cloud services.

• Manage virtualization environments and infrastructure resources.

• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

• Monitor network performance, server health, and cybersecurity posture.

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop integrated technology solutions.

• Establish technical standards, infrastructure policies, and documentation procedures.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support organizational growth.
