About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and fast-learning AI Development Executive to lead AI adoption across our organization.

This is not a software developer position.

Your primary responsibility will be to stay updated with the latest AI technologies, identify

practical AI use cases, help employees effectively use AI in their daily work, provide AI training, develop prompt libraries, research new AI solutions, and continuously improve business processes through AI.

You should enjoy learning new technologies, experimenting with AI tools, simplifying complex concepts, and helping others become more productive with AI.

Key Responsibilities

AI Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, technologies, and industry trends.

• Research newly released AI platforms, products, and features.

• Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.

• Test and compare different AI models, platforms, and workflows.

• Research AI best practices, productivity techniques, and automation opportunities.

AI Adoption & Employee Support

• Help employees effectively use AI tools in their daily work.

• Identify repetitive business processes that can be improved using AI.

• Recommend department-specific AI workflows and solutions.

• Create prompt libraries, AI templates, and reusable workflows.

• Provide one-on-one AI support whenever employees require assistance.

• Continuously collect employee feedback and improve AI usage across the company.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct AI training sessions for different departments.

• Explain AI concepts in simple language for non-technical employees.

• Prepare AI documentation, user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

• Create internal AI learning materials and best practice guides.

• Introduce employees to newly released AI features and tools. AI Workflow & Automation

• Design AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity.

• Research automation opportunities using AI platforms.

• Assist departments in integrating AI into existing business processes.

• Work closely with management to identify high-impact AI initiatives.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly AI research reports.

• Report newly discovered AI tools and their business value.

• Track AI adoption across departments.

• Measure productivity improvements through AI implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing).

• Strong Bengali communication and teaching ability.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

• Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and independently.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Ability to conduct online research efficiently.

• Experience using ChatGPT and other modern AI tools.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience using one or more of the following AI platforms:

Basic understanding of:

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
