Required Software Skills

1 Adobe Photoshop

2 Adobe Illustrator

3 AutoCAD

4 Figma Pro

5 Canva Pro

6 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

1 Oversee all internal business software, rapidly addressing issues to maintain optimal system performance and operational workflow.

2 Coordinate directly with external software vendors.

3 Monitor software billing, audit user activities, and review invoice reports.

4 Maintain and monitor all company IT equipment (laptops, computers, CCTV, printers, etc.).

5 Prepare employee salary and bonus sheets and update them within the software.

6 Coordinate company bills and collection reports alongside the Sales Team.

7 Handle any additional operational tasks assigned by the company.

Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred (Well-deserving freshers are also encouraged to apply)
