• Must have experience in marketing work.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Marketing, Advertising, Corporate office visit.

• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing (paper/packaging industry/ Indenting experience is an advantage).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Otley’s paper and board products.
• Identify and pursue new customers in Bangladesh.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with the Sri Lanka headquarters for pricing, supply chain, and product support.
