About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage communication between clients and the internal development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical ability, and experience coordinating software or web development projects.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering client requirements, preparing project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating with developers and QA teams, and ensuring successful project delivery and post-delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Communicate confidently with international clients in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing).
Prepare for client meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Participate in client meetings and accurately capture meeting notes.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and technical queries.
Perform requirement gathering, business analysis, and continuously refine requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Follow up after meetings and track action items until completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver completed projects, products, or features to clients and prepare demonstrations, user guides, video tutorials, training materials, and handover documentation whenever required.
Project & Product Coordination
Convert business requirements into clear user stories and tasks using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, OurOpero, etc.).
Coordinate with the development team, explain project requirements in detail, and clarify requirement-related queries throughout the development process.
Assist in resource planning and task allocation.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate between Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Clients.
Review completed features after QA testing, validate them against business requirements, and perform final verification before client delivery.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, requirement documents, and user guides.
Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research based on client or business requirements.
Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry best practices.
Prepare research reports and recommendations.
Identify risks, challenges, and possible solutions during project execution.
Reporting
Prepare weekly, biweekly, and monthly project status reports.
Track project progress and pending action items.
Report project risks, blockers, and status updates to management. Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in project coordination, software project management, or business analysis.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
General knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows, including the ability to create effective prompts for various use cases using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar large language models (LLMs).
Requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Ability to write user stories, documentation, and project specifications.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, OurOpero, or similar.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with software or web development companies.
Basic understanding of Python, Django, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, WooCommerce, APIs, and databases.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience preparing project reports and presentations.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
