As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Associate Bid Management Specialist** to join our Bid Management team. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end tender and proposal process, from opportunity identification through to submission, helping the company win competitive ICT projects with public and private sector clients.

Job Responsibilities

Track and identify tender/bid opportunities published in newspapers, government e-GP portals, client websites, and other relevant sources.

  • Review tender documents (RFP/RFQ/EOI) to understand eligibility criteria, technical andfinancial requirements, and submission timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, sales, finance, legal, and HR teams) to gather inputs required for bid preparation.

  • Prepare, compile, and format technical and financial proposal documents in line with client requirements and company standards.

  • Maintain a tracker of ongoing and upcoming bids, deadlines, and submission statuses.

  • Assist in preparing supporting documents such as company profiles, certificates, experience letters, trade licenses, and other compliance papers required for tender submission.

  • Support pricing/costing exercises by collecting vendor quotations and liaising with relevant departments.

  • Ensure timely submission of bids in full compliance with tender instructions (hard copy and/or online portal submission).

  • Maintain an organized repository of past bid documents, templates, and reference materials for future use.

  • Assist senior bid management team members in clarification meetings, pre-bid meetings, and follow-ups with clients.

  • Monitor bid results and maintain records of win/loss outcomes for internal reporting.
