Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

• Age At least 30 years

• Interest in modern software product design, user-centric thinking, and product analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.

• Good documentation skills, including preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and process flows.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Strong AI mindset, with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn more about AI tools.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare clear and detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and functional documentation.

• Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Analyze existing product features and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that developed features meet business requirements.

• Create process flows, wireframes, or simple mockups when necessary.

• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
