Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies.

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Drive end-to-end ownership of frontend features from development through deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA and Analyst team to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across multiple devices and browsers.

• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues while ensuring application stability and reliability.

• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Technical Competencies

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers such as Vite, Webpack, npm, and Yarn.

• Experience with responsive design frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.

• Understanding of frontend security best practices and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum development environments.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

• Experience with cloud-hosted frontend deployments and containerized applications is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities are highly valued.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2+ years of progressive experience in frontend development using React.js.
